Sensor assembly will come with polypropylene weather proof enclosure which will prevent the heat lost also when it is passing through to housing. Termination of wire will end on PVC terminal block inside the enclosure and mounting with brass compression fitting to threaded thermowell
Threaded thermowell is tube with drilled bar stock fitting as straight stem structure with best corrosive resistance of stainless steel grade SS 316/L and it can use up to the maximun pressure 1000 psi while holding the temperature 100°C. Thermowell will protect the sensor from direct contact from process
The sensing elements include highly stable NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) thermistors (10K @ 25°C) and high precision RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) elements. The stainless steel probe is fully potted to protect the sensing elements from moisture.
